Philosophy

To achieve ones goal with purpose is to train the body as a system of connected and collaborative muscle groups. The driving force behind successful training is developing a solid foundation for my clients. That begins with identifying and correcting any weaknesses, asymmetries, or mobility issues. As a result I am able to provide my clients a balance of what they want and what they need; a core value of my training approach. Ultimately, my goal is to create a motivating, positive, educational, and fun experience for every individual I work with.

Nicole is honest, an expert, and constantly educates herself.

Nicole is personally involved in each workout with the long-term goal of making you a better, fitter person. I never expected the balance of strength, balance and flexibility. I have learned so much about training and my body’s response to exercise.

I recommend Nicole Goodwin as a trainer whole heartedly and enthusiastically. My wife and I are avid travelers and very physically active and want to continue to travel around the world and see sites on foot. Every session is planned to address those areas of need and she is great at explaining what we are doing and why. These sessions are interesting and physically challenging. I wanted more purposeful and focused workouts. In watching Nicole train others, I saw she took a much more wholistic approach to working out.  Her training sessions were purposeful and designed for the whole body.
